The company “EVELIN 2011” EOOD, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as a commercial company, processes data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) relating to and through which a specific natural person is identified or can be identified.
With this notification, the Company, as a personal data controller, informs about the need to process personal data.
The notification also provides information about the volume, purposes, legal basis, means, methods and deadlines for processing Personal Data of individuals, in their capacity as our clients, partners and contractors, visitors to a corporate website, the purposes for which it is used, the basis for its collection and processing, the conditions for its storage, as well as the security measures implemented by the Company.

The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Company, in view of a legitimate interest as a commercial enterprise, provided that these interests of the Company are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the natural person; otherwise, the Company does not process the person's Personal Data on this legal basis.
In relation to determining the traffic of a corporate website:
The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Company, in view of a legitimate interest as a commercial enterprise, provided that these interests of the Company are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the natural person; otherwise, the Company does not process the person's Personal Data on this legal basis.

HOW DO WE STORE AND PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?
The Company stores the Personal Data of individuals in accordance with the requirements of the law and in accordance with an internal procedure and as long as this is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, or as long as the law requires this from the Company, or in order for the Company to defend itself against potential claims.
After the expiry of the relevant period, the Personal Data is destroyed.
WHO DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH? DO WE PROVIDE IT TO THIRD COUNTRIES?
In accordance with the requirements of the law and to the extent necessary to fulfill its legal obligations, as an employer, insurer and taxpayer, as a party to a service contract, the Company provides Personal Data to:
• State and municipal authorities, Customs, NRA, NSSI, Ministry of Interior, etc. – in fulfillment of legal obligations;
• Service providers: when the Company uses suppliers in the performance of contracts or the conclusion of such contracts, and when sharing your personal data, all necessary measures have been taken to protect them - courier companies, etc.
• Service providers hired by the Company for technical support of internal information systems and operational support of our activities, as well as software companies responsible for the maintenance of our websites or their individual functionalities. The sharing of this data is based on a written agreement, the parties as Administrators or Processors to ensure an adequate level of protection;
The Company does not disclose Personal Data to persons outside the European Union.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA
The company does not process sensitive personal data about representatives of customers, partners and suppliers, or website visitors.
IS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?
The Company provides and maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access or unlawful use of Personal Data and/or against their accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, access and/or damage or copying. These measures are intended to ensure the continued protection and integrity of Personal Data. The Company reassesses the measures regularly.
